Many are not here because they display my photographic skills so much as because they represent the situations I typically find myself in the and people and places I’ve been lucky enough to see – and thus illustrate the kind of person that I am.

- One of the keys to good photography is the way in which you interact with your subjects, which can be just as (if not more) important than having a strong technical understanding of your equipment. I saw these guys horsing around on the tube platform, and simply said: “Work it guys.” January 31 2009.

- I love that though the law now prohibits it, people still drink on London’s underground system. Hats off to these guys, who really showed dedication to the cause.
